Banana and peanut butter smoothies


I love my peanut butter. It’s perfect with syrup on a slice of fresh white bread, it adds loads of flavour to a chicken and chilli noodle dish, and makes a killer smoothie when combined with bananas.

Why you should eat peanut butter:

2. It helps with weight loss.

3. It is rich in fiber.

4 ripe chopped bananas

2 tablespoons peanut butter

200 ml milk


1. Freeze the bananas for a few hours.

2. Add the frozen bananas, peanut butter and milk and whiz it up in a blender for a few minutes.

3. Serve ice cold.
