Mushroom and mince pizza


I saw this slogan on a t-shirt the other day: Roses are red, pizza sauce is too, I ordered a large and half of it’s for you.





2 store-bought pizza bases

1 teaspoon garlic

Handful of chopped mushrooms

1 chopped onion

300 g beef mince

Handful of grated cheddar cheese

Handful of grated mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon oregano


1. Fry the onion in a splash of oil.  Add the beef mince once the onion is translucent.

2. Fry the mince until cooked and quite dry (to prevent pizza from being soggy). When cooking the mince you can spice it as you please – I only used salt and pepper and a herb mixture.

3. Spread the garlic on the pizza bases. Add the mushrooms and sprinkle with oregano.Top with beef mince, cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
