It’s time to prepare dinner. You have your onions, mushrooms, peppers and they need to be chopped. Presto. You also have some succulent pork, but there is no time to roast the whole thing… it needs to be trimmed down and sliced into manageable pieces.
What you need is a sturdy chopping board that will withstand the chopping and slicing, time and time again.
There has been quite the debate about whether wooden or plastic chopping boards are better. Numerous studies have been undertaken to determine which is preferable, for more click here. I have to say that I favour wooden chopping boards – they last much longer.
