It’s the first of July. As in the first day of the second half of the year. Six months of 2014 are gone – never to be seen again. Maybe not a bad thing. I reckon the best is yet to come! Watch out second half of 2014, this girl is on a mission!
So happy midyear to you! Also, some spicy prawns which goes brilliantly with couscous (quite unexpectedly I might add). 🙂
800 g prawns, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon Tabasco
2 teaspoons garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
- Fry the prawns in a skillet for about 5 minutes.
- Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the prawns.
- Fry until the prawns are done.
- Serve with noodles or couscous.
