The other day our niece and nephew came over for a visit. It was a day filled with stories about best friends, sports teams and school, something we’re not quite used to but enjoyed to the fullest. We played Battleship and Uno and watched The House of Magic. We made pizza and drank iced tea and snacked on these hazelnut praline popsicles with crushed chocolate cookies.
The kids each had two of these popsicles, not for lack of trying for a third one. (I can get all stern about snacking on sweet stuff just before dinner, you should see me!) These popsicles are so creamy – due to the full fat yogurt – and the chocolate cookies make for a delicious crunchy surprise. Yum!
500 ml Bliss hazelnut praline yogurt
125 g chocolate cream biscuits
1. Crush the chocolate cream biscuits. I used a blender – but be sure not to blitz them too fine.
2. Mix the crushed biscuits with the yogurt and scoop tablespoons of yogurt into each lolly container.
3. Freeze for 5 hours and enjoy!
