Explain your blog in 3 words. Comfortable, Easy and Creative Recipes.

What’s your favourite savoury ingredient to cook with? If I had to choose one, (it’s so hard) I’d say, garlic.

What’s your favourite sweet ingredient to cook with? It has to be chocolate.

What’s your favourite kitchen tool? My Food Processor is by far my most used and versatile tool in my kitchen.

Who is your culinary icon? I’m a huge Nigella fan, and I love Matt Preston too.

What is your favourite recipe book? I always grab my mom’s Wenresepte when I feel like baking. For anything else, I hit the Larousse Gastronomique.

What meal or snack is your guilty pleasure? Chips and dip.

What dish do you want to master but can’t seem to get right? A soufflé.

What was last night’s dinner? Homemade burgers.

What’s your secret talent? I have a gift to make the meanest Caramelized Onions on the planet.
